The association has a dedicated in-house team to keep members and others abreast of technical developments across the building engineering services industry.

Some parts of this section are currently being developed to reflect the many changes our sector is facing. Please bear with us and we will increase our series of technical guidance notes very soon.

Many members have asked for help with a mechanical installation completion certificate to provide to clients at handover.
