Gareth Keller is Head of Specialist Group Services.

Gareth joined B&ES in 1996 as Ductwork Group Secretary and was appointed Head of Specialist Group Services in July 2001.

His role involves co-ordinating strategy and policy issues and ensuring a cohesive approach to service provision.

Graeme Craig is Specialist Groups Officer. He began his career in shipbuilding before working overseas as a Contract Engineer. After returning to the UK to gain an IT degree he went on to work for two member companies before joining the B&ES in 2002.

Graeme is the Group Secretary of the Heating and Plumbing Services Group (HAPSG) and the Service and Facilities Group (SFG). He also manages the Association’s role as scheme operator for the Government-backed TrustMark initiative and carries out a Conciliation Service to assist members with client disputes.

Mark Oakes is Specialist Groups Officer. He joined B&ES in 2006 and has an extensive background in Trade Associations.

Mark is the secretary of both the Ductwork (DWG) and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Specialist Groups. He is also the secretary of the Ductwork Group Technical Committee and the Joint Major Contractors' Group.
