RHI now up and running

The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme is now running and open for applications. 

To find out what to do and details about how to apply to the scheme go to the RHI website. All the documents and information which participants may be need to submit can be found here.

If you would like to speak to someone, call the Ofgem RHI Team on 0845 200 2122. The helpline is open from 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am until 4:30pm on Fridays. Calls may be recorded.

The Ofgem team have asked us to point out that complicated enquiries are best handled via email, and it may take a bit longer to get a response.
