Preventing legionella

The HVCA's Service & Facilities Group is jointly hosting a webinar on 'New standards to beat Legionella in HVAC' with CIBSE, ASHRAE and University College London (UCL).

The group's own expert Simon French will be joined online by Bill McCoy speaking live from Naperville in the USA.

The discussion starts online at 6pm on Wednesday, November 16 and is due to last for about an hour.

Bill will present on the new ASHRAE Standard 188P, "Prevention of Legionellosis Associated with Building Water Systems". The standard helps to understand how to apply the available information on Legionella effectively in order to dramatically cut the risk of Legionnaires' disease outbraks. 

Simon will respond with the UK perspective.
