Employment standards

The Employment Affairs Department is responsible for maintaining and developing the Association's role as an Employers' Organisation, by ensuring the continued relevance to members' business needs of the collective agreements with the recognised trade union to which the Association is party.

These agreements are with the trade union Amicus (in respect of hourly paid Operatives) and its white-collar section EESA (in respect of staff employees).
