Guide to Fair Payment

A major step forward in the campaign to achieve fair payment in our sector was achieved with the publication of the Guide to Fair Payment and the Fair Payment Charter (FPC) by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC).

The Public Sector Construction Clients Forum (PSCCF) and Government construction clients adopted the principles set out in the Guide in 2008.
